Job Description: An experienced candidate in real estate sales with Batchelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field. Experience: 2-8 years of experience is a preferred. Roles and Responsibilities:
● Primary job will be to close the sale on property, identify new sell leads and make sales.
● Making calls on daily basis and having good convincing power so that you can land a good sale
. ● Addressing queries of buyers over company’s website and various other websites and updating accordingly.
● Good communication and presentation skills for developing end to end connection with the buyer and for their better understanding.
● Good learning skills and knowing how to adapt to changing environment.
● Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
. ● Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints diligently.
● Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to promote sales.
● Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as decided by the organisation.
● Participating in sales team meetings to boost skills.
● Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
