Sales Executive/Team Leader (Male)

We are a well-established investment planning firm with over 15 years of industry presence, offering strategic financial solutions and wealth management services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive our business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the sales division effectively to achieve and exceed targets.

* Take charge of group sales planning and execution which can include to identify, recruit, and train new sales staff as required.

* Make strategic decisions related to sales operations and team management.

* Foster teamwork and provide strong leadership to the sales team by working effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Coordinate with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the investment or financial services sector.

* Strong interpersonal and group management skills with excellent decision-making ability and leadership qualities.

* Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.
