Sales Executives

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Qualification:

  Proactively identifying and qualifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and determining if your products are a suitable fit.

• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  Clearly and persuasively presenting your products and their value proposition to potential customers. This may include technical presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.

• Negotiation and Closing:

  Successfully negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers, while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

• Account Management:

  Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  Accurately forecasting sales and reporting on progress towards targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Understanding of Filtration Principles:

  A solid grasp of various filtration technologies (e.g., membrane filtration, depth filtration, etc.), their applications, and their limitations is essential. You need to understand the technical specifications of your products and how they solve customer problems.

• Product Knowledge:

  Deep expertise in your company's filter product line, including materials, performance characteristics, and suitability for different industries and applications.

• Process Understanding:

  Familiarity with industrial processes where filters are used (e.g., water treatment, chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing). This allows you to tailor your sales pitch to the specific needs of each customer.

• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

  The ability to diagnose customer filtration challenges and recommend appropriate solutions. This often involves analyzing data, understanding process parameters, and identifying potential issues.
