About the Role

• We are a growing beverage manufacturing company based in Hyderabad, producing high-quality Goli Sodas in multiple flavours and packaged drinking water.
• We are looking for a Sales Executive who can expand our retail presence, build strong relationships with shop owners, and onboard distributors across the region.
• This is a field sales role for someone who enjoys meeting people, negotiating, and growing business in the FMCG space.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets including kirana stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and malls to promote and sell our products.

• Convince shop owners and managers to stock our Goli Sodas and water bottles.

• Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors to increase regional coverage.

• Maintain relationships with existing retailers and ensure regular order flow.

• Conduct daily field visits across assigned areas in Hyderabad.

• Track sales, collect orders, and coordinate with operations for delivery.

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

• Meet monthly sales targets.

• Ensure product visibility, branding, and availability in retail outlets.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG Sales / Field Sales / Distribution Sales (Beverages experience is a bonus).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Must be comfortable traveling within Hyderabad for field visits.

• Ability to build and manage distributor & retailer relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at follow-ups.

• Two-wheeler preferred.
