Role & responsibilities

Client Consultation & Needs Assessment: Interview prospective clients to determine their financial needs, purpose of the loan, and ability to repay, focusing on transparency and suitability.Loan Application Processing: Guide clients through the application process, accurately gather and review financial documents (e.g., pay stubs, bank statements), and ensure all forms are completed according to company and regulatory standards. Credit Analysis Support: Work closely with the underwriting team by preparing clear loan summaries and resolving any documentation issues to facilitate timely credit decisions. Product Presentation: Clearly explain the terms, conditions, interest rates, and repayment schedules for various personal loan products (e.g., unsecured, secured, debt consolidation).Loan Servicing: Assist clients with post-funding inquiries, including payment options, payoff requests, and general account management.II. Insurance ResponsibilitiesRisk Evaluation: Assess client needs for different types of personal insurance (e.g., life, auto, home, umbrella) based on their assets, lifestyle, and life stage.Preferred candidate profile Communication: Exceptional listening and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial and policy terms clearly, accurately, and persuasively to diverse clients.Sales Success: A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales and cross-sell goals in a regulated environment.Education: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of financial principles.
