Job Overview:

We’re seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Field Sales Representatives to expand our retail presence across Gurgaon/NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, promoting Verdura’s products, generating orders, and building strong distributor/retailer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily field visits to retail shops, local distributors, and kirana stores
• Promote and sell Verdura’s healthy snack range.
• Ensure product visibility, display, and availability at store level
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
• Gather customer feedback and competitor intelligence
• Submit daily sales reports and attend team meetings

Skills & Requirements:

• 0–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Must be comfortable with daily on-ground retail visits
• Energetic, result-driven, and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of FMCG distribution is a plus
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
