Job Overview: We’re seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Field Sales Representatives to expand our retail presence across Gurgaon/NCR . The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, promoting Verdura’s products, generating orders, and building strong distributor/retailer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Daily field visits to retail shops, local distributors, and kirana stores Promote and sell Verdura’s healthy snack range . Ensure product visibility, display, and availability at store level Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers Gather customer feedback and competitor intelligence Submit daily sales reports and attend team meetings Skills & Requirements: 0–2 years of field sales experience in FMCG preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Must be comfortable with daily on-ground retail visits Energetic, result-driven, and self-motivated Basic understanding of FMCG distribution is a plus Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
