Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Planet Jewel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their needs and preferences
• Provide detailed product information and showcase collections effectively
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
• Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and store cleanliness
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on current trends, product knowledge, and promotions
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and exchanges professionally
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in jewelry retail or sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle products, and jewelry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Basic computer knowledge and billing familiarity
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
