Sales Executive US Healthcare Process (Chat & Voice Blended)

As a Sales Executive for the US Healthcare Process team, your role will involve assisting healthcare clients, particularly hospitals and ICUs, with device installation and monitoring solutions. You will handle both chat and voice interactions in a blended process, playing a key role in supporting critical healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with US healthcare clients via chat and voice (blended) - Assist with ICU device installation support and monitoring - Provide prompt resolutions and escalate issues when needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities - Meet monthly targets and contribute to team success Requirements: - Prior experience in healthcare support, sales, or ICU device assistance (preferred) - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Comfortable with night shifts and long shift hours - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment - Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn up to 40,000 per month based on experience and performance. Please note that the job involves 12-hour shifts for 19 shifts per month, with US shift timings (night shift).
