Coordinator

Roles and Responsibility

• Coordinate daily activities of the organization.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Analyze data and reports to inform business decisions.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and support.
• Maintain client records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and proactive engagement.

Quotations & Documentation

• Prepare, review, and manage quotations for projects and services.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accuracy in cost estimates.
• Track quotation approvals and follow up with clients.

Maintain organized records of quotations, contracts, and related documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in coordination, client handling, or project support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of measurements and CAD drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Experience in preparing quotations and handling client interactions is preferred.
