Job Description

Sales Executive Solar Power Projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and convert leads for solar EPC projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and government segments.
  • Promote rooftop, ground mount, and KUSUM solar solutions to clients and investors.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and preliminary project discussions.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Track market trends, tenders, and policy updates related to solar projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in solar project sales or EPC sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
