Job Title: Sales Executive – Clothing & Uniform Sales (Target-Based)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About Us

HSM High is a leading uniform and custom apparel manufacturer based in Lucknow, specializing in high-quality uniforms for schools, corporates, hospitals, and industries. We take pride in delivering premium stitching, embroidery, and customized branding solutions.
We’re expanding our sales team and looking for passionate Sales Executives who can drive sales growth, build client relationships, and help us expand our network across schools, institutions, and companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients such as schools, colleges, corporates, hotels, and hospitals for uniform orders.
• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the production and design team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the brand at local exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events (if required).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in clothing, textiles, or uniform manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong local market knowledge of Lucknow and nearby areas.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Basic understanding of fabrics, stitching, and garment quality (preferred).
