Job Description

*Sreevalsam Silks*

*Urgent requirement *

Customer Assistance: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find suitable textiles and garments.
Product Knowledge: Familiarizing themselves with the different types of textiles, their features, and pricing to effectively advise customers.
Sales Transactions: Processing sales, handling cash and card payments, and potentially managing online transactions.
Merchandising: Maintaining a tidy and well-organized sales floor, including displaying items attractively.
Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive shopping experience.
Inventory Management: May assist with stocktaking and keeping track of inventory levels.
Meeting Sales Goals: Working towards achieving individual or team sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
