Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive responsible for managing leads, conducting site visits, and presenting project details to potential buyers.

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms

• Conduct site visits with potential buyers and explain project features, pricing, and benefits

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

• Follow up consistently to ensure deal conversion and client satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and pipeline updates • Meet individual and team sales targets

• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to improve lead quality and customer experience

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies

• Ensure timely documentation and coordination with legal and operations teams for closure
