Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound and inbound calling to generate leads, pitch products/services, and close sales. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers over the phone Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Handle inbound inquiries, provide product/service information, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the manager. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Provide feedback to the team regarding customer insights and improvements. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken Hindi and English (regional language is a plus). Confidence in handling customer queries and objections over the phone. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
