Job Title: B2B Sales Executive Company: SetuBricks Location: Greater Noida / YEIDA Belt (Field-Based with Office Support) Salary: ₹25,000–30,000/month + Performance Incentives About SetuBricks SetuBricks is a FlyAsh brick manufacturing company focused on delivering high-quality, sustainable construction materials to builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies. Located near major power plants in the Yamuna Expressway region, we aim to become the go-to supplier for modern, eco-conscious construction firms. Role Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our outreach to procurement teams in construction companies and manage relationships with our existing customer base. Key Responsibilities New Client Acquisition Schedule 15+ qualified meetings per month with purchase managers, contractors, builders, and procurement heads. Conduct in-person field visits across Greater Noida, YEIDA, and surrounding industrial zones. Account Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients. Ensure timely follow-ups, delivery coordination, and reordering support. Collect client feedback and ensure high service satisfaction. CRM & Reporting Maintain up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in Google Sheets or CRM tools. Submit weekly reports to the management team. Ideal Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales (building materials, hardware, or FMCG preferred) Strong communication in Hindi; basic English writing skills Comfortable with field work and meeting clients face-to-face Basic understanding of construction industry preferred Own two-wheeler is a plus Compensation & Incentives Monthly Salary: ₹25,000–30,000 Performance-Based Incentives: Bonuses for meetings, new accounts, and repeat orders Travel Reimbursements: As per policy Why Join Us?
