Our expert trainers provide tailored fitness programs designed to enhance independence, prevent injuries, and promote healthy aging. Our services include personal training for seniors (55+), mobility & flexibility training, strength & balance programs, prehab & rehab support, and customized nutrition plans.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive Senior Wellness Programs, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, presenting and promoting our senior wellness programs, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
? Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into active clients.
? Identify and explore new lead generation channelsboth online and offline.
? Lead and execute offline sales campaigns, community activations, and local
partnerships.
? Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel with a consultative and empathetic
approach.
? Understand customer needs and recommend personalized fitness and wellness
packages.
? Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and
retention.
? Maintain accurate records and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
