Sales Executive Senior - Banking and Payments

You will have the opportunity to work on challenging issues in financial services and technology at FIS. As a part of a team that values openness, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and passion, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Sell products and/or services and establish new account relationships. - Maintain a network of prospects and initiate contact with potential customers to promote specific FIS products and services. - Work within a sales team to sell designated products/services to key accounts. - Manage leads and opportunities effectively while understanding the end-to-end sales process. - Demonstrate product knowledge, prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiate deals, and close sales. - Assist in developing sales plans and strategies to meet goals and objectives. - Interact with key stakeholders such as CFO, COO, CTO/CIO, Chief Actuar. - Resolve complex problems independently and have strong experience in Software and Solution Sales. - Manage RFP/RFQ processes and possess Executive, CxO connects within the banking and financial industry. - Establish and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management, clients, and industry groups. Qualifications required for this role include: - 12+ years of direct sales and industry experience, with at least 5 years in an MNC. - Experience in a Matrix Organization, familiarity with FIS products/services, and industry trade group involvement. - Ability to travel as needed and a degree/MBA qualification.
