Sales Executive

BSPL, a successful 25-year-old business specialising in tiles and bathroom fittings, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team at our studio in Sikanderpur, Gurgaon. Job Description: Position: Salesperson (Tiles) Location: BSPL Studio, Sikanderpur, Gurgaon Job Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers visiting the BSPL studio and provide outstanding customer service. Understand clients' requirements and preferences to recommend suitable tile and bathroom fitting options. Showcase the product range with enthusiasm and highlight key features to enhance customer interest. Develop a strong product knowledge base to address customer queries effectively. Assist clients in making informed decisions by offering creative design ideas and solutions. Maintain a clean and organised studio display to create an appealing shopping environment. Collaborate with existing sales staff to learn sales strategies and improve selling techniques. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product innovations to better assist customers. Follow up with potential leads and maintain relationships with existing customers for future sales opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the tile or home improvement industries, will be advantageous. A creative mindset and a knack for design to provide innovative solutions to clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help clients find the best products. Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. Flexibility to work from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., six days a week (Tuesday off).
