We are currently hiring for the following roles:

- Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential buyers and investors.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for clients.
• Showcase project features, pricing, and investment benefits effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, social media, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Address client queries, concerns, and provide after-sales support.
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms with clients.
• Ensure smooth and timely closure of sales agreements and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, documentation) to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and client records for management review.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing.

- Proven experience in sales (real estate industry experience preferred).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Target-driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
