Position: Sales Executive (B2B Sales – Packaging Industry)

Universal Bags is a leading shopping bag manufacturing company. We are looking for energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented Sales Executives who can actively market our products and generate new sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market company products (Shopping Bags / Packaging Solutions)
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Generate new sales leads and convert them into orders
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely order closure
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred
• B2B sales experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and local regional language
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local market
• Willingness to travel
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach

Industry Preference

• Experience in PP Woven / Non-Woven / Packaging / Shopping Bags industry preferred
