Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, bold, and enthusiastic Sales Executive who loves fashion and enjoys interacting with people. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-groomed, and capable of assisting customers with styling choices and product selections.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude
Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable productsAssist customers in selecting dresses, accessories, and other itemsWalk customers through their shopping experience up to the billing counterEnsure the store is well-presented, clean, and organized at all timesMaintain knowledge of the brands and products available in-storeHandle customer queries and feedback professionallyManage and respond to WhatsApp and Instagram enquiriesHelp the store create and participate in videos/reels for Instagram promotionsPrepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reportsSupport the store team in achieving daily sales targets
