Sales Executive / Sales Lead

As a Sales & Packing Lead at Vaishnavi Agronext LLP, you will be responsible for managing mushroom sales, packing, dispatch, and customer relations to ensure smooth daily operations at our Chakan location. Key Responsibilities: - Take customer orders and maintain accurate records - Supervise grading, packing, labelling, and dispatch processes - Ensure hygiene standards, cold storage maintenance, and on-time delivery - Coordinate with logistics and transport providers for efficient operations - Lead and train packing staff to ensure accuracy and discipline - Track market prices and provide insights to management for informed decisions Preferred Background: - Minimum 3 years of experience in fresh vegetables sales or purchase - Experience in managing sales, packing, dispatch, and customer relations - Proficiency in supervising grading, packing, labelling, and dispatch activities - Must be located within a commutable distance to Chakan, Maharashtra, India - Strong people management and customer handling skills Vaishnavi Agronext LLP is dedicated to producing 5 tonnes of fresh button mushrooms daily with a focus on efficiency and quality.
