The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT or software sales , excellent communication skills, and the drive to close B2B deals confidently. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client business needs. Drive the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding and support. Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate reporting in CRM tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in the IT industry (mandatory). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of SaaS products and business technology.
