Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in Robotic Automation field sales to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our robotic automation products, visiting customers, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Robotic Automation Products to customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and demonstrations.
• Manage sales in Chennai & Bangalore regions.
• Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close orders.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Robotic Automation field sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned regions (Chennai & Bangalore).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
• 10–15% salary hike based on previous salary and experience.
• Performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
