Job Description

You will be part of the Field Sales Executive Apprentice Program in Patiala, Punjab, where you will work full-time in a field role that includes working from the office and field visits during the day shift. You will receive a stipend of 20,000 to 25,000 along with incentives, rewards, and travel discounts. As a Graduate (Pass-out Years 2021-2025), your role will involve: - Visiting potential customers and corporate clients for sales meetings. - Generating leads through field visits, events, and referrals. - Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. - Achieving individual and branch-level sales targets. - Reporting daily activities and performance to the branch manager. To be eligible for this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, convincing skills, and a graduation degree (Pass-out years 2021-2025). You should not have an existing PF account and should have an interest in sales, travel, and outdoor client interaction. Being self-motivated and comfortable working on-field are essential qualities for this position.
