Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:* - *Front Desk Operations:* - Manage front desk activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. - Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance. - *Sales Support:* - Assist the sales team in marketing and selling commercial properties. - Coordinate and schedule property viewings, client meetings, and open houses. - Prepare and maintain property listings, promotional materials, and sales documentation. - *Client Relationship Management:* - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends. - *Administrative Duties:* - Maintain accurate client records, property databases, and filing systems. - Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and other necessary documents. - Assist with the organization of property exhibitions and events. - *Negotiation and Closing:* - Support the sales team in negotiating and closing sales deals. - Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the transaction process. --- *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on commercial property sales and front desk operations. - Real Estate Salesperson License required. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. --- *Preferred Skills and Certifications:* - Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Knowledge of local commercial real estate market trends. --- *Why Join Us:* - Opportunity to work with a leading commercial real estate firm. - Competitive salary and commission structure. - Professional development and training opportunities. - Collaborative and supportive work environment.
