Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs, showcasing properties, and assisting clients through the buying process. The role will include following up with leads, negotiating deals, completing sales paperwork, and staying updated on market trends. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be required to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of local real estate market
  • Basic understanding of RERA, HMDA, DTCP, and GP regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and real estate industry software
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
