Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective buyers. Conduct site visits with clients and provide them with detailed property information. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms. Maintain a strong database of clients and follow up regularly. Assist clients in property selection, price negotiation, and closing deals. Maintain updated knowledge of real estate projects, market trends, and competitor activity. Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with marketing to plan property promotions and lead campaigns. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to management. Ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with legal and company standards.
