Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to guide clients through the property buying, selling, and leasing process. Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but candidates with strong sales instincts and a passion for the property market are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, generate, and convert leads through various channels such as site visits, calls, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options from available inventory.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs for prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure seamless completion of sales transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, competitor offerings, and local real estate regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and follow-up details using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities, property shows, and events.
  • Assist clients in understanding financial options, documentation, and legal processes involved in property purchase or leasing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
  • Good understanding of real estate markets, property types, and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving sales success.
  • Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
