Sales Executive

Location: Haridwar, Roorkee ,Dehradun , Kotdwar.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the solar energy sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating sales and expanding market presence across Dehradun, Rishikesh, Haridwar, Roorkee, and Kotdwar. This role involves direct customer interaction, lead generation, and promoting solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, local networking, and market research.
• Promote and sell solar rooftop systems and related products across assigned locations.
• Conduct site assessments and recommend customized solar solutions based on client needs.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for site visits, proposals, and installations.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and client feedback.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at local marketing events, exhibitions, and awareness drives.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales; solar/renewable energy sector experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork
• Proficient in basic MS Office or reporting tools
• Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license
• Good understanding of solar products (training will be provided if needed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.91 - ₹20,000.56 per month

Compensation Package:

• Yearly bonus
