Responsibilities And Accountability

The sales executive shall take responsibility of sales counter at our retail store.Engage with the customer and understand the customer requirements.Introduce our diverse product line to customers and facilitate customer buying decision.Stock reconciliation by managing the record of opening and closing stock in the section allocated.Responsible for attractive display of the product at the appropriate counter.Take customer feedback , understand customer queries and complaints from the customer and address with right solution.Assist the customers during sales return or repair work.Report the sold stock in the section to the stock manager for timely stock replenishment.
