Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Visit construction sites, contractors, infrastructure companies, and other potential clients regularly. Promote and sell a range of construction material by understanding customer requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations as required. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Negotiate terms of sales (price, delivery, service) and close deals effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales forecasts to the manager. Coordinate with service and support teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
