Job Description

PropButlers – Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Dhanori, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and calls
Conduct property viewings and presentations aligned with client needs
Build trust and maintain strong client relationships Placement
Negotiate and close property deals; meet sales targets
Track leads and maintain sales records via CRM tools
Stay updated on pricing, inventory, and market trends in Dhanori/ East Pune

Essential Skills

Strong sales, cold-calling, and negotiation abilities Internshala+14Placement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
Good market knowledge of Pune’s real estate trends 5
Organized and self-driven, with ability to multitask follow-ups and paperwork

Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years in real estate sales
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month, with performance-based bonuses Indeed
