Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, grocery stores, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and other potential customers. Regularly interact with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Distribution Management: Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of milk products to customers. Monitor inventory levels, manage logistics, and optimize distribution routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's customer base. This may involve prospecting for new clients, negotiating contracts, and securing agreements with new retail partners or food service establishments. Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and product displays to increase brand visibility and stimulate consumer demand. Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and market trends. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to sales staff, distributors, and retail partners to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and competitive activities through continuous learning and professional development. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction: Gather feedback from customers regarding product preferences, satisfaction levels, and suggestions for improvement.
