Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for ABS Virgin Prime Grade material.
  • Manage and grow relationships with traders, wholesalers, and industrial clients.
  • Handle end-to-end sales processes—lead generation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and share market insights with management.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 7–8 years of experience in polymer sales (ABS Virgin Prime Grade is mandatory).
  • Experience working with well-known traders/wholesalers.
  • Strong market understanding of polymer grades, pricing, and demand.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
