Job Description

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, and client referrals.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, or exhibitions when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in [real estate].
