Salary Range: ?15,000 – ?20,000 per monthExperience Required: 1 to 5 yearsPreferred Industry Exposure: Candidates with prior experience in WPC / PVC / Plywood / allied industries will be given weight-age.Employment Terms: Selected candidates will be employed by VTR Industries Pvt Ltd (on our roll) and will be covered under PF & ESI in accordance with company norms.Key Responsibilities (for agency reference):

• Generating sales leads, visiting customers, closing orders in the region.
• Promoting WPC / PVC / Plywood products (or comparable building-material products).
• Maintaining sales records, achievement of targets, coordination with internal teams.
• Any other duties as assigned by the company management.Key Requirements:

1. Must have minimum 1 year and up to 5 years of sales experience (preferably in WPC/PVC/ply industries).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.3. Ability to work independently in the Guwahati region.4. Willingness to travel locally as required.5. Bike with valid D.L is mandatory.Benefits & Company Norms:

• Fixed monthly salary in the range of ?15,000 to ?20,000 (depending on experience and industry relevance).
• Statutory benefits: Provident Fund (PF) & Employees’ State Insurance (ESI) will be provided as per company policy.
• Other benefits and incentives (if any) will be as per the company’s standard terms, which will be explained at the time of final selection.
