As we grow, we’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us reach new customers nationwide.

Job Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to focus on generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing deals in the security and cleaning services sector. This role is perfect for someone energetic, target-driven, and eager to make a mark through cold calling and prospecting. You’ll work on building our client base and driving sales growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients (e.g., real estate, factories, offices) through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone to pitch our security and cleaning services, explaining how we meet their needs.
• Prospect Identification: Research and target new markets, focusing on industries like hospitality, education, or manufacturing for business opportunities.
• Sales Closure: Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Customer Follow-Up: Maintain contact with leads to build trust and convert them into long-term clients.
• Market Research: Keep track of industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
• Reporting: Update daily/weekly sales activities and pipeline progress or reports for management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field; Sales/Marketing training is a plus.
• Experience: 0-3 years in sales (freshers welcome with strong communication skills). Experience in services or B2B sales is a bonus.
• Skills:

o Strong verbal communication for cold calling and pitching.

o Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.

o Self-motivated, with a knack for meeting sales targets.

o Comfortable with fieldwork and occasional travel.

• Other Requirements: Own vehicle preferred for local travel; valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in selling security, cleaning, or facility management services.
• Familiarity with regional markets in India.
• Disciplined background is a plus for reliability.
