Role Overview:
Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Identification & Outreach:
- Proactively research and identify potential brand partners whose services or customer base align with Olatech Digital Solutions' offerings.
- Develop and execute compelling outreach strategies to initiate contact and build relationships with prospective partners.
Relationship Management & Development:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related communications and activities.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts with legal and management approval.
Strategic Collaboration & Go-to-Market:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies for new partnerships.
- Design and execute joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and co-selling initiatives.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales efforts stemming from brand tie-ups, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets directly attributed to partnership activities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track the performance of all active brand tie-ups against agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze data, generate regular reports on partnership effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities within the digital solutions and technology sectors.
Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support) to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Experience:
