Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly motivated Telesales Executive to handle end-to-end service selling through phone-based sales. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, pitching service offerings, handling objections, closing sales, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote and sell service offerings

• • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services

• • Explain features, benefits, pricing, and terms clearly over the phone

• • Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales

• • Maintain follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp as required

• • Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks

• • Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in CRM or tracker

• • Coordinate with delivery/operations teams for onboarding and post-sale service execution

• • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner

Required Skills:

• • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills

• • Confidence in cold calling and handling client objections

• • Target-driven with a strong sales mindset

• • Ability to manage the full sales cycle over the phone

• • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications:

• • Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates with strong communication skills can apply)

• • Should have atleast 6 months of telesales experience.

• • Fluency in English.
