Job Description : We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Executives to join our team. As a Sales Executive at Nair's Dairy, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in Thrissur and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new customers within the designated territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the FMCG sector.
Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in FMCG sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Thrissur is a plus.
Valid driver's license and own transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
