Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who is passionate about real estate sales and enjoys traveling and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to close deals efficiently. This role involves regular field visits, client meetings, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through field visits, tele-calling, and digital platforms
• Coordinate site visits and property tours with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized service
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable property options
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all documentation is complete
• Collaborate with marketing and project teams for promotions and updates
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, and sales progress
• Provide post-sales support and build long-term customer trust

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently within and around Coimbatore
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
• Fluency in English and Tamil
