About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. This role requires strong communication, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential and/or commercial properties.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, digital platforms, and referrals.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to potential buyers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing professional guidance and after-sales support.

Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with property market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.

Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

Goal-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Good knowledge of local property laws, real estate regulations, and market trends (preferred).

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
