Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, promoting our products, and generating sales in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned market areas and retail stores

* Promote and sell FMCG products

* Build good relationships with retailers and customers

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Collect market feedback and competitor information

* Prepare daily sales reports

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of sales and marketing

* Knowledge of FMCG products

* Good communication skills

* Willingness to work in the field

* Basic understanding of customer handling

Preferred Candidate:

* Fresher

* Must have a two-wheeler (preferred)

* Should be target-oriented and self-motivated
