About Mend & Mellow: Mend & Mellow is a newly launched organic skincare brand dedicated to providing pure, eco-friendly, and effective skincare solutions. We believe in wellness through nature, and we’re now looking for passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to help us bring our products to more people through offline sales and distribution. Role & Responsibilities: Promote and sell Mend & Mellow products in retail outlets, salons, and local markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. Execute offline marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. Identify new business opportunities and sales channels. Provide feedback from customers to help improve our products and services. Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (FMCG, beauty, or skincare industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Passionate about organic and sustainable products. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotions. What We Offer: Competitive salary (₹12,000–₹15,000 per month) + incentives based on performance.
