Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female Sales Executive who can interact effectively with customers both online and offline. The ideal candidate should be smart, social media–savvy, and comfortable creating short videos to promote our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in and online customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable products.
• Manage inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Create and present product demonstration videos (Reels/Stories).
• Promote brand awareness through regular social media activity.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist in order processing, packaging, and handling customer feedback.
• Keep track of sales performance and daily reporting.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Social Media tools).
• Confident in front of the camera and comfortable making videos.
• Active on Instagram, Facebook, or other social platforms.
• Previous experience in retail, beauty, or hair industry preferred (not mandatory).
• Self-motivated, punctual, and customer-oriented.

Pay: ₹9,071.95 - ₹16,000.00 per month
