Spectrum Solar Power is a leading renewable energy company providing innovative solar power solutions for homes, businesses, and industries across Kerala. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Trivandrum to drive sales and expand our customer network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for solar energy systems.
• Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and prepare suitable proposals.
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Electrical or Electronics background preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales or marketing (experience in solar, electrical, or renewable energy sectors preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within the Trivandrum region.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
