Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and field activities. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls; schedule property visits. Present and promote residential/commercial projects to potential clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through continuous follow-up. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead nurturing and feedback. Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, and availability. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly. Attend site visits and ensure an excellent customer experience during the property tour. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
