Role Summary

Project Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit upcoming construction sites and generate project leads
  • Establish strong relationships with builders, contractors, site engineers, and architects
  • Promote AAC blocks by explaining product benefits and applications
  • Conduct product demos and technical discussions on-site
  • Coordinate internally for pricing, quotations, and timely dispatches
  • Track leads from initiation to closure with consistent follow-ups
  • Report competitor activities and market trends regularly

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Preferred: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and convincing ability
  • Local market knowledge and contacts in the construction industry
  • Self-driven with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
  • Good follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Fluency in the local language
